Ambassador Gilad has over 30 years’ experience in international diplomacy. He currently works at the Centre for Policy Research at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem.  Among many positions, he has served as Chief of Mission at the Israeli Embassy in Ankara (Turkey) and as Consul General at the Consulate General of Israel in the Midwestern United States (Chicago).
