Prof. Kako Nubukpo

Economist, WAEMU Commissioner in charge of the department of agriculture, water resources and environment

WAEMU Commissioner, Kako Nubukpo is a Togolese politician and macroeconomist. He was Minister of Foresight and Evaluation of Public Policies of Togo under President Faure Gnassingbé from 2013 to 2015.

Since 2019, he has been dean of the faculty of economics and management at the University of Lomé.

He holds a doctorate in economics from Lumière-Lyon-II University.
