Abdoulaye Diop, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration and International Cooperation. Previously he was an international civil servant, with over 23 years of experience.

Abdoulaye Diop has had a career rich in diplomas. He holds a master’s degree, diplomatic section of the ENA of Algiers (1989), a DESS in diplomacy and administration of international organizations from the University of Paris XI and a DEA in international relations from the Institute International Public Administration Institute (IIAP) in Paris (1994).

Previously he was Ambassador of Mali to Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay, from his residence in Washington.
